New Delhi: Days after Election Commission announced dates of Madhya Pradesh Assembly polls, Madhya Pradesh Congress Screening Committee meeting is set to decide on dissemination of 159 seats on Monday.   The same will be decided during a meeting which is set to take place in the national capital.

So far Central election committee has approved of dissemination of 71 seats to the candidates.

Congress President Rahul Gandhi is likely to announce the names after his Indore-Ujjain visit. Senior party leaders like state Congress Chief Kamal Nath, leader of opposition Ajay Singh, MP Jyotiraditya Scindia and former CM Digvijaya Singh will be present during the meeting.

Even former state party Chief has been asked to reach Delhi for the same. Other than Arun Yadav, Kantilal Bhuria and Suresh Pachauri have been asked to be a part of screening committee.

Elections to the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly will be held on 28 November 2018 to elect members of the 230 constituencies in Madhya Pradesh.
