Kalinga-Utkal Express derails: Is accident caused due to negligence of Railways?

New Delhi: In a fatal incident, Kalinga-Utkal Express has met with an accident near Khatauli in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday around 5:50 pm. 14 coaches of the train derailed. NDRF teams are mobilized for rescue operation. Here are live updates on Kalinga-Utkal Express derailment:
