Former Karnataka High Court judge Justice KS Puttaswamy who was the lead petitioner in the landmark case which recognised the  'right to privacy as a fundamental right, passed away on Monday at the age of 99. His legal crusade against the validity of the Aadhar scheme, led to the Supreme Court recognising the right to privacy as a fundamental right under Article 21 of Constitution.
