New Delhi: Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh's health has deteriorated. Kalyan Singh, who is admitted to Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI) in Lucknow, has low blood pressure and continues to have a urinary problem.


SGPGI Director Professor RK Dhiman has given an update on Kalyan Singh's health saying that Kalyan Singh has been put on dialysis. He is on ventilator now. He further said that it has to be seen how much his health improves by this evening or tomorrow. Specialist doctors are closely monitoring his condition.






The 89-year-old Kalyan Singh was admitted to the ICU in SGPGI on July 4 due to infection and mild fainting. He was earlier being treated at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Institute.
