Jaipur Literature Festival: Shekhar Ravjiani of Bollywood's famous musician duo 'Vishal-Shekhar' was in an exclusive conversation with ABP News at the 15th Jaipur Literature Festival in which he shared many big things about music. Shekhar Ravjiani said, "I am a musician. I feel happy with my own work and it feels good when my work reaches people. Recently my song, 'Rang' has been released. This is my first non-film Hindi pop song. This song is receiving a lot of love.

Shekhar said that there is a lot of variety in Bollywood music. I have also sung Hanuman Chalisa, which is liked a lot by people. I'm a student and I love music very much." "It's also a big deal to be a part of people's playlists for too long because they have a lot of choices. People now quickly shift from one kind of music to another. We have been receiving so much love for so many years, for which we are thankful to the people. I listen to and make all kinds of music. And being a composer, I explore everything."


On the question of recreating old Bollywood songs, Shekhar Ravjiani said- things that have already been made should not be touched. What is done, is done, it shouldn't be remade.

On the demise of veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar, Shekhar Ravjiani said, "I am sad that I could not meet her, but she is present in everyone's hearts. Lata ji has not gone anywhere, she is with all of us and will be with us." Shekhar has said that Lata ji's song 'Lag Ja Gale' is my favorite. He also sang on the camera for ABP News. When Vishal was asked if he would ever recreate this song of Lata ji? In response, he said, "What has been composed should not be touched. What has been done, is done, it should not be remade."
