Rashtriya Janta Dal (RJD) leaders were of the view that it was too early to launch a slogan for the assembly polls.
However, in a comeback, RJD also launched posters reading “Kyu na kare vichar, Bihar jo hai bimar” (Why shouldn’t we rethink when Bihar is ailing?).
RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav also slammed the NDA government in Bihar over the law and order situation.
“Total collapse of law an order in Bihar. Lawlessness is out of control, Nitish govt has failed to take any action against the perpetrators. People are being killed mercilessly in broad day light & those responsible for heinous crimes are being given a free hand by NDA govt,” he tweeted.
JDU’s new slogan is inspired by its previous popular slogan which was coined during the 2015 elections “Bihar mein Bahar Hai , Nitish-e-Kumar hai”.
