Uttar Pradesh: There seems no end to the number of crime cases that take place in Uttar Pradesh, as two murders rocked the state on Sunday. The incident took place in Kanpur, where the former head of village got killed and the second took place in Kannauj, where a Dalit got murdered.

Kanpur murder: In a shocking incident, Former head of Sajeti village Sarajuddin Mansuri got knocked down by  a group of men when he returning home after visiting his daughter who was hospitalised.

As per police, the goons blindly fired at Mansuri and killed him on the spot. His body was found later in the fields. The police are stating it a personal feud.

Kannaj: In another incident, a Dalit man got killed near Kotvali . The incident took place in Kazitiola area, where around 2:30 pm an accused Abdul Azad came to a shop and asked the owner to shut down the shop.

After the shopkeeper refused Azad, he got agitated and opened fire at the man, who died at the spot. The accused is on the run.

The cops are yet to make any arrests in both the cases.

The incident comes after repeated warnings and assurances by Chief MinisterYogi Adityanath regarding safety of everyone staying in UP.

In spite of promises made by the Chief Minister, the crime incidents are not coming to an end.
