Delhi Weather News: With the culmination of winter in Delhi, the weather has once again taken a turn. Delhi witnessed strong winds on Tuesday. According to the Met department's (IMD) forecast, it may drizzle in different parts of the capital on February 25 and 26, however, there will be no significant change in the temperature. At present, the minimum temperature remains 10 degrees and the maximum temperature remains 27 degrees Celsius.


Rain In Delhi From Friday


According to the Met department, the western disturbance has induced a spell of strong winds in the whole of North India, including Delhi NCR. The effect of cyclonic winds was seen on Tuesday, and there were dust storms during the day.


At the same time, the mountainous areas may witness snowfall with cold winds from Tuesday evening and its effect will be seen in the plains.


According to meteorologists, there may be light snowfall in the hilly areas from February 22. The cold winds will then reach the plains and Delhi and NCR may receive light rainfall from February 25.




Strong Winds Today


According to the information given to ABP News by the Delhi Regional Department of the India Meteorological Department, strong winds will prevail in the capital for two days on Tuesday and Wednesday.


On Tuesday, there were dust storms during the day, which may continue on Wednesday and Thursday, after which there will be moderate to light rainfall in different parts of Delhi from Friday, February 25.


On February 26 (Saturday), there will be a light drizzle rainfall with strong winds. The change in weather is due to the western disturbance. While there has been a change in the weather in the hilly areas from February 22, i.e. Tuesday, its effect will soon be noticed in the plains. However, this will not have any significant impact on the temperature.


The minimum temperature recorded on Tuesday was 10 degrees Celsius, and the maximum temperature was 27 degrees Celsius. The temperature is expected to remain the same on Wednesday.
