Don’t Want Independence But Full Autonomy Of Tibet As Part Of China: Dalai Lama

Speaking to a select group of journalists at his McLeod Ganj residence, the Dalai Lama said by remaining a part of China he will be able to help ‘millions of Chinese’ politically, which cannot be achieved by asking for ‘separation’.

The Dalai Lama, who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989, continues to preach preservation and work towards preserving Tibetan language, religion, culture as well as ethnicity.
