CRPF Recruitment 2018: Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has released a notification for appointment of 139 constable posts (General duty and tradesman) on the official website - crpf.gov.in. The posts are open for male and female candidates from Scheduled Tribe belonging from Bijapur, Dantewada, Sukma & Naryanpur District of Chhattisgarh. Notably, CRPF will fill the post of Constable, General duty, and Tradesmen on the temporary basis. Following are the important details that you need to know: Name of the organisation: Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Name of the post: Constable Posts (General duty and tradesman) Number of the post: 139 vacancies Official website: crpf.gov.in Division of Vacancies: Within 139 vacancies, there are total - • 18 vacancies in Bijapur • 24 in Dantewada • 13 in Narayanpur • 44 in Sukma for CT/GD And for CT/Tradesmen, there are • 5 vacancies in Bijapur • 14 in Dantewada • 2 in Narayanpur • 15 in Sukma Age Limit: Candidates aged 18 to 28 years as of 01.08.2018 (5 years upper limit relaxable for ST candidates) Selection Process: Written Test followed by Physical Fitness Test and Efficiency Test CRPF salary: Selected candidates are eligible to receive a pay beginning from Rs 21,700 to Rs 61,100 Eligibility Criteria: • Demographic - Male and female candidates from Scheduled Tribe belonging from Bijapur, Dantewada, Sukma & Naryanpur District of Chhattisgarh • Physical Requirement - Height - 153 cm for males, 140.5 cm for females • Educational Qualification - The candidate must have cleared their 10th standard exam (or have a an equivalent qualification) from a board recognized by state or central government • Fitness Test - Male candidates have to complete 5 kms race within 24 minutes and female candidates have to complete 1.6 km race in 8 mins and 30 secs.
