New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the result of Term - 1 for class 12 in offline mode. The Board has sent the performance of class 12 students to schools. Students can contact their respective schools to check the result. 


Term 1 exams for Class 12 were conducted between December 1 and December 22, 2021, across the country at various examination centres. 


"The performance of the Term-1 exams for Class 12 has been communicated to the schools by the CBSE. Only the scores in theory have been communicated as internal assessment or practical scores are already available with the schools," quoted PTI as an official said.


After the results are uploaded online, students will be able to download their scorecard from the official CBSE website at cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in.


Students will be able to access the scorecard through the DigiLocker app and digilocker.gov.in once the results are online. 


The CBSE has decided to release the final result after the term 2 exam and results of the term 1 will not be announced as pass or fail or essential repeat. The Board has released date sheet of term 2 for class 12 which will commence from April 26 till June 15. Students can check the the full timetable and details of the term 2 exam at cbse.gov.in. 


A week ago, the Board had similarly released performance of term 1 fro class 10th students.


Last year, the CBSE had announced that the board examinations for 2022 will be conducted in two terms. The Term-1 exams for major subjects were held between November 30 and December 11 last year.
