The Border Security Force (BSF) recovered another Pakistani drone on Monday on the outskirt of Shaidpur Kalan village in Punjab's Amritsar. The recovered drone is a Quadcopter of model DJI Matrice 300 RTK series, the Public Relations Officer, BSF, Punjab Frontier said. This comes after another industrial-grade mapping inspection drone that came from Pakistan was shot down and recovered last week near the international border in Amritsar.

The Matrice 300 RTK drone is categorised as an industrial-grade mapping inspection drone, as per the DJI enterprise.

In a separate incident, another DJI Matrice 300 RTK series drone from Pakistan was recovered by a joint team of the BSF and the Punjab Police from a field in the Tarn Taran district on Sunday.

The search operation in the Rajoke village was conducted on a specific input, a senior BSF official told news agency PTI.

The drone was found in a completely broken condition and a string for carrying a payload was also attached to it, said the official.

The unmanned aerial vehicle was a quadcopter of DJI Matrice 300 RTK series. Yet another Pakistani drone was recovered by joint efforts of BSF and Punjab Police, said the BSF official.

On June 7, BSF personnel successfully intercepted and shot down a drone that had entered Indian territory from Pakistan's side near the international border in Amritsar. Around 9 pm on Wednesday, BSF personnel heard the buzzing sound of an unmanned aerial vehicle near Bhaini Rajputana village in Amritsar and immediately opened fire, the spokesperson stated. A joint search operation involving the BSF and Punjab Police was conducted, leading to the discovery of the damaged drone in a field adjacent to the Rajatal-Bharopal-Daoke tri-junction on the outskirts of the village.

The drone, identified as a quadcopter from the DJI Matrice 300RTK series, was recovered by the authorities, the official added.
