New Delhi: BJP leader Sambit Patra fumed at controversial Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan for making allegations of rape against Indian soldiers.

Patra slammed Khan’s “narrow mindset” saying “Azam Khan never treated India as his country. His allegation that the Indian Army outrages the modesty of our mothers and sisters in Kashmir and reflects his own narrow mindset,” Patra said.

He also demanded Khan's ouster from Samajwadi Party.

The BJP leader said Khan was “defending terrorists.”

Khan had sparked outrage for saying armed women killed Indian soldiers and it shows reality of Hindustan.

“Armed women killed security forces and took away private parts of soldiers after chopping them off. They did this because they had complaints with the specific part of the body. The whole country should be ashamed of this,” Khan said.

“There’s a battle going on the border, but at one place, women killed soldiers. This act forces us to think that there might have been a reason for doing so,” he added.

Khan also criticised the Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh and warned that he would lead a protest if no improvement in the administration was visible.
