Lucknow: Angry over senior BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi statement, a group of priests including Mahant Suresh Das met Uttar Pradesh Chief Minsiter Yogi Adityanath at his residence on Thursday to discuss Ayodhya’s Ram Temple issue.

Ahead of the meeting the priests said “Matter of the temple will have to be taken seriously. If this isn't taken up, we'll see what to do in 2019”.

In the meeting, Yogi told the priests that the matter is pending in Supreme Court and assured that the ‘temple will be made’.

Ayodhya priest warns BJP:

This comes a day after a major statement was made by Ayodhya’s prime priest Acharya Satyendra Das Maharaj, where he said that “if BJP doesn’t start building Ram Temple, they would lose elections in 2019”.

“The way people cheated in the name of Ram and came to power and thereafter forget him”. He added saying that it will lord Ram’s curse and lesson for BJP in 2019 if they don’t start building Ram Temple, they would lose the elections.

“If BJP wants to win the elections, it must start building the temple, otherwise it will be very difficult for them”.

“If said it before and would say it again, till Ram Temple doesn’t get built, lord Ram would not bestow his blessings on BJP and the day they start losing is not far” he added.
