Speaking on possibility of forming an alliance with RJD, he said ‘Tejashwi’s invitation doesn’t much sense to me, for Bihar has had a history that people give an invitation and change their mind before dinner’.
Kushwaha likely to meet Shah:
Angry over JDU shaking hands with BJP, Upendra Kushwaha is likely to meet Bharatiya Janta Party Chief Amit Shah on Monday.
Kushwaha, who has been upset with Nitish after his return in NDA, said “Amit Shah spoke of equal dissemination of seats between BJP and JDU, but hasn’t declared a number so far; from Amit Shah’s talks ‘equal’ doesn’t have a specific meaning”.
He further said that “Till there is a meeting between all four parties, nothing can be said. So far no discussion has taken place between parties on number of seats; Amit Shah has said that they will get equal seats”.
Kushwaha said that he also spoke to Bhupendra Yadav on division of seats, but an entire discussion couldn’t take place.
Kushwaha said that they have a formula for division of seats in Bihar, NDA; which he will present in the meeting taking place between all the parties.
“In politics, alliance comes before position, for me my party comes first and a seat later. I am a minister because I am in NDA” he added.
