ABP Live Green Vision Conclave 2024 kicked off on Thursday with 10 sessions lined up to take place with the aim of spreading the message of sustainability. The event spans from highlighting the role of schools in promoting sustainability to the power of digital influence in promoting sustainability. The Green Vision Conclave 2024 builds on ABP Live's commitment to fostering change and driving progress.


This landmark event brings together visionaries, policymakers, industry leaders, and changemakers to explore groundbreaking innovations and sustainable strategies shaping the future of India and the global community. With a spotlight on vital topics such as renewable energy, sustainable urban planning, and eco-friendly business models, the Conclave aligns with ABP Live’s mission to inspire societal advancement and empower individuals and organizations to create lasting impact.

Panel Discussion Lineup


The first panel is titled, 'Building Green Leaders: The Role of Schools in Promoting Sustainability'. The session will involve a discussion between Dr Amrita Vohra- COO & Director Education at GEMS Education, Shipra Upadhyay- City Montessori School Lucknow, Amreesh Chandra- Executive Principal at St. Pauls School Gorakhpur, Gunjan Mehrotra-  Principal at Basava International School Dwarka, and Ritika Anand- Principal at St. Marks New Delhi.


The second session is titled, 'The Role of EVs in Achieving Net-Zero Goals: Challenges and Opportunities'. Awadhesh Kumar Jha- Executive Director at GLIDA India, and Rohan Dewan, Co-Founder & CEO at LeafyBus will participate in the discussion.


The third session titled, 'The Future of Renewable Energy: Innovations, Scalability, and Affordability'. Simarpreet Singh- Director at Hartek Group and Vaishali Sinha- Co founder at ReNew Power will participate in the discussion.

The fourth session is quite special, titled 'The Role of Youth in Environmental Advocacy and Action' will focus on the Environmentalist & Plogman of India, Ripudaman Bevli. Tune in to learn how he has changed the meaning of sustainability in India.


The fifth session titled, 'Delhi's Green Vision: Leading Sustainable Urban Transformation', will be headlined by Gopal Rai, Environment Minister, Delhi.


The sixth session titled, 'Turning Waste into Resource: How Recycling Can Drive Sustainability', will focus on how the simple task of recycling can help us in the long run. Prassann Daphal- CEO at Recyclekaro, and Pranay Pasricha- Brand and Marketing Head India at Pakka Limited will participate in the discussion.


The seventh session will shed light on innovations in Lithium-Ion battery recycling technology and Nitin Gupta, CEO & Co-Founder at Attero, will enlighten us about the topic.


The eighth session will be led by Janak Palta McGilligan- Director at Jimmy McGilligan Centre For Sustainable Development. The session will focus on 'Building Green Cities: Urban Solutions for Environmental Sustainability'.


The second last session for the day is titled 'Innovating Water Conservation: Cutting-edge Technologies for a Water-Secure Future'. The discussion will be led by Advait Kumar,- Founder at Boon.


The final session for the day is titled, 'The Power of Digital Influence in Promoting Sustainability', and it focus on how influencers are doing their bit to help India fulfill the sustainable goals.
