Featuring an array of all-female contingents and tableaux highlighting women's and child development initiatives, the 76th Republic Day celebrations at Kartavya Path spotlight women's empowerment.

All-women contingent containing 148 members of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), led by Assistant Commandant Aishwarya Joy M, proudly marched in the parade. The contingent comprised women engaged in various operations, including anti-insurgency and maintaining law and order.

The Delhi Police's all-women band, led by Band Master Ruyangunuo Kense, participated for the second consecutive year. Additionally, the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Girls contingent, commanded by Senior Officer Ekta Kumari, and the NCC Combined Band, led by cadets Madesh Ashok and Ankita Kumari, were also part of the event.

The Ministry of Women and Child Development presented a tableau with the theme ‘Motherhood, Life Cycle Continuum Approach, and Women-Led Development.’ The display highlighted foundational care, early education, and the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao initiative, focusing on comprehensive support for girls from childhood to adulthood.

Jharkhand's tableau, themed ‘Swarnim Jharkhand: A Legacy of Heritage and Progress,’ also showcased the state's rich heritage and development. The front section featured two girls using laptops, symbolizing improved access to education, especially for tribal children. The middle section highlighted women creating handicrafts, accompanied by Sohrai murals that reflected the state's cultural heritage.

The rural development ministry’s tableau focused on the Lakhpati Didi scheme, which aims to ensure a minimum annual income of Rs 1 lakh for self-help group members. It featured a statue of a Lakhpati Didi holding a bundle of money and depicting women engaged in weaving, agriculture, and other economic activities. Women holding books and using computers were also prominently displayed.
