New Delhi: The third generation Honda Jazz has successfully completed its first year and stepping into the second year of sales in the Indian market. Honda is welcoming customers at its dealerships across India from 8th July to 10th July 2016 for celebratingthe first anniversary of the hatchback. During this 3 days anniversary celebration, all the Honda showrooms will be operated till 10 PM in the night featuring several exciting activities with special offers and surprise gifts for the customers. All these are exclusive only for the three festive days mentioned above.

Commenting on the success of the Honda Jazz, Mr. Yoichiro Ueno, President & CEO, Honda Cars India Ltd., said: “TheJazz is a globally successful model in Honda’s line-up and is appreciated world-wide. The third generation Honda Jazz was launched in July 2015 with both Petrol and Diesel engine options. It was the first car in its segment to feature an advanced CVT with paddle shift technology for its petrol variant. This became a major factor for theJazz to hold several customers making it to be a successful model for Honda.

Jazz CVT in Petrol with paddle shift technology accounts for almost 25% of the total Jazz sales in the market. The new Jazzregistered sales of 47,335 units from July 2015 to June 2016 accounting for 26% of the total HCIL sales during the past 12 months.
