Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Thursday held a draw for allotment of housing units under the DDA Housing Scheme 2021. The draw conducted by the DDA offered flats at locations such as Dwarka, Jasola, Mangalapuri, Vasantkunj and Rohini, under its various categories.
DDA Housing Scheme 2021 was launched on 2nd January, 2021. 1354 flats are to be allotted under this scheme.

The entire draw process for the DDA housing scheme was conducted in presence of senior officials and was telecasted live from 11 AM onwards. Due to the Coronavirus epidemic, newly created AWAAS software will be used for the entire process, right from processing applications to issuance of possession letters.
Of these 1,354 flats, 254 flats ranging from Rs 69.6 lakh to 2.1 crore are to be allotted for the Higher Income Group (HIG). At the same time, for the Middle Income Group (MIG), 757 flats ranging from 40.6 lakh to 1.4 crore rupees are to be allotted in this scheme.
Apart from this, 52 Lower Income Group (LIG) flats ranging from Rs 17.7 lakh to Rs 35.5 lakh and 291 flats in the public category are to be allotted. HIG flats are available in three BHK and two BHK categories. MIG flats are available only in two BHK categories. LIG flats will be just bedrooms.

Step 1: Visit the official website - www.dda.org.in
Step 2: On website's homepage, click on the hyperlink that reads 'Draw Result Of DDA Housing Scheme 2021', under 'Online Public Service' section
Step 3: When u click on 'Draw Result Of DDA Housing Scheme 2021', a list of all those who have been allotted flats will open
Step 4: To search your name or application number in the list, use Ctrl + F
