Mohammad Shahabuddin will now have to return to jail. He was released on September 10 afetr having spent 11 years in jail.  The apex court in its ruling has asked Shahabuddin to immediately surrender. Court has also asked the state government to expedite the trial process of the infamous 2004 murder case.
