The Design Editions of the two popular Q SUVs get subtle styling tweaks along with additional features
Audi has launched the Design Editions of the Q3 and the Q7 SUVs in India today. Both of these were showcased at the recent launch of the Q5 petrol in June 2018. While the Design Edition of the Q7 can be had with both petrol and diesel engine options, it is only available with the diesel in case of the Q3. Below are the prices of the Q3 and Q7 Design Editions.
Prices (ex-showroom India)
- Audi Q3 Design Edition: Rs 40.76 lakh
- Audi Q7 Design Edition (Petrol): Rs 82.37 lakh
Over the regular Audi Q3, the Design Edition packs a new paint scheme with no blacked-out plastic parts, clear lens tail lamps, quattro decals on the rear doors, quattro entry projection, colour-coded key and Nappa leather upholstery. This is certainly the last hurrah for the Q3 in India before the yet-to-be-revealed MQB-based second-gen arrives here early next year.
The Q7 Design Edition, on the other hand, packs Audi’s rear seat entertainment package, official cool bag accessory, Audi logo decal on the D Pillar and tinted tail lamps.
Here is Audi’s official press release about the launch.
