The notice issued by US Patent and Trademark Office says, Minogue already has the trademark rights to multiple variations of her name, and has owned the website Kylie.com since 1996. However, ‘People’ magazine goes on to report that the younger Kylie plans to appeal against the ruling, as she wants to use her name for future beauty and fashion endeavors, so the battle of the Kylies continues.
