The footage clearly shows two thieves coming on a bike and taking a halt near parked bike on a busy road.
One out of two thieves gets down and stands next to the bike which they were eyeing to steal away.
At the concluding part of the two-and-a-half minutes video, the man breaks the handle lock of the bike like a cake walk, starts the bike and gets away.
Interestingly, during all this, vehicles can be seen plying on the busy road.
The place of incident is not known.
The incident seems to have taken place on March 27 in the afternoon.
