Chapra: Showcasing awareness and ensuring strict implementation of liquor ban in Bihar, some youth in the state’s Chapra district caught hold of an illegal liquor trader. However, instead of handing him over to the police, these local youth thrashed the trader in public place and tied him to a tree.
