In the enchanting realm of fashion, Paris Haute Couture Week stands as the ultimate stage for the industry's virtuosos. From jaw-dropping collections that transcended the boundaries of imagination to unforgettable star-studded audience moments that ignited both admiration and envy, this year's event witnessed the reign of the crème de la crème as they stole the spotlight with unparalleled finesse.

FENDI

Fendi, by Karl Lagerfeld's successor Kim Jones, displayed a juxtaposition of regal poise and playful friskiness. Drawing inspiration from Rome's sublime architecture, Fendi's evening collection strutted down the historic Palais Garnier with gravity-defying silhouettes.

At the Fendi show, Naomi Watts arrived in a bold pink ensemble.

VALENTINO

Valentino's Pierpaolo Piccioli, equally undeterred by convention, enchanted the audience with a collection doused in vivid colors and whimsical patterns. Exhibited amidst the verdant gardens of the Rodin Museum, the collection was a tribute to natural beauty, rife with floral motifs and billowing fabrics that caressed the runway like a summer breeze. Piccioli, arm in arm with his entire atelier, emerged to a standing ovation well-earned, from even the iconic Anna Wintour.

BALENCIAGA

Balenciaga's Demna Gvasalia, on the other hand, offered a journey into futurism within the rustic halls of the Louvre. Chrome-infused fabrics and deconstructed forms challenged the antiquated notions of fashion yet were inspired by timeless Parisian elegance.

Michelle Yeoh, the Oscar-winning celebrity, stunned at Balenciaga with a body-hugging metallic number and a feather cloak.

GIORGIO ARMANI PRIVÉ

Giorgio Armani Privé took to the Théâtre National de Chaillot, presenting a collection inspired by the ethereal transition from day to night, the line majestically the motif of a red rose, drenched in elegance.

DIOR

Meanwhile, Dior's Maria Grazia Chiuri took the audience on a whimsical journey through the Alice-in-Wonderland-like gardens of the Musée Rodin. Chiuri crafted a collection that cunningly colluded "emblems of antiquity," represented by timeless forms such as tunics, peplums, capes, and stoles, with the pulsating rhythms of the present.

Sonam Kapoor dazzled at Dior in a whimsical tulle confection.

SCHIAPARELLI

Schiaparelli’s Daniel Roseberry showcased his collection at the brand's historic salon at Place Vendôme. Paying tribute to Elsa Schiaparelli's surrealist legacy and a spirited revolt against the recent trend of AI-infused fashion, Roseberry crafted a collection that radiated a robust, unapologetically human essence, firmly grounded in timelessness.

Cardi B, ever the eccentric fashion icon, was radiant as ever in a shimmering floor-length Schiaparelli gown at the brand's presentation.

ALAÏA

Alaïa under Pieter Mulier swayed away from grand settings, favoring an intimate show in the brand's Marais atelier. The collection, inspired by Azzedine Alaïa's personal archives, was a masterstroke of sculptural silhouettes, breathing life into the maestro's legacy.

Rita Ora, the British songstress, set pulses racing at Alaïa with her lace dress.

VIKTOR & ROLF

Viktor & Rolf, ever the avant-garde Dutch duo, showcased their collection in an online presentation that was as much a virtual reality feat as it was a fashion parade. They took inspiration from pop-art, blurring the lines between fashion, art, and technology.

Shakira made a statement in a Viktor & Rolf number.

JEAN PAUL GAULTIER

Jean Paul Gaultier, always the provocateur, took to the Folies Bergère theatre, and turned tradition on its head. His collection was a medley of gender-fluid outfits, with an underlying message of liberation.

Meanwhile, Emma Chamberlain, the internet's favorite fashion darling, turned heads at Jean Paul Gaultier in a modern, edgy ensemble.

RAHUL MISHRA

Rahul Mishra's collection was a breath of fresh air. The Indian designer's presentation at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs was inspired by the harmony of nature, with intricate embroidery reflecting the lush landscapes of India.

'Game of Thrones' alum Maisie Williams attended the Iris Van Herpen show in a futuristic dress, encapsulating the designer's unconventional ethos.

GIAMBATTISTA VALLI

Lastly, Giambattista Valli presented his line at the Petit Palais. Inspired by the Roman goddess of dawn, the collection was a lyrical symphony of dreamy chiffon and ethereal tulle.
