Perfect Moment is a European ski wear brand that designs fashion-forward skiwear. Founded in 1984 by the professional skier and filmmaker Thierry Donard, the brand has been in the market for quite some time. However, it was only after private equity executive Max Gottschalk and his wife Jane acquired it in 2011 that it gained traction.
The brand also makes surfwear garments and has also expanded direct-to-consumers sales through its website and also by partnering with distributors in the business.
Priyanka Chopra shared her views of investing in the brand with the publication. "We were always wearing Perfect Moment because it’s built for fashion and function. In a short time, it has become very popular with young people, and we think it’s at a place of growth in its evolution as a brand," she was quoted as saying.
Besides their latest investment, Chopra and Jonas have invested in many ventures individually and together. Priyanka co founded an Indian restaurant in Manhattan called Sona with chef Hari Nayak. She has also founded a vegan and eco-friendly brand called Anomaly. Jointly, Nick and Priyanka have invested in Olipop, a soda brand.
