The country is gearing up for Lord Rama's 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony that is scheduled to be held on January 22 in Ayodhya Ram Mandir. Preparations of the much-awaited event are in full swing and over 7000 guests have been invited to attend. The long guest list includes ministers, celebrities and other eminent people along with sadhus who will begin the 'darshan' of the Ramlala idol after the guests depart. 


Ahead of the consecration, Prime Minister Narendra Modi posted a Ram Bhajan on his Twitter handle which is sung by Swasti Mehul. Sharing the melodious tune, he wrote, "If you listen to this hymn of Swasti ji once, it keeps resonating in the ears for a long time. Fills the eyes with tears and the mind with emotions. #ShriRamBhajan"






Apart from this, PM Modi also shared Jubin Nautial's soulful bhajan 'Mere Ghar Ram Aaye Hain' on his Twitter handle. Sharing the song, he wrote, "On the auspicious occasion of the consecration of Lord Shri Ram, the entire country along with Ayodhya is celebrating Rammay. This welcome bhajan of Jubin Nautiyal ji, Payal Dev ji and Manoj Muntashir ji, filled with devotion to Ram Lala, is heart touching…"






Meanwhile, a special invitation card has been prepared both in Hindi and English for all the guests who would grace the consecration of Ramlala on January 22. The 'Pran Pratishtha' puja will begin at 11:30 AM on that day and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the eminent guests from 12:30 PM. 


Talking about the Ram Temple, it is being constructed in the traditional Nagar style and will have a length (east to west) of 380 feet, a width of 250 feet, and a height of 161 feet. The temple will be three storeies high, with each floor having a height of 20 feet. In addition, there will be a total of 392 pillars and 44 doors in the temple.
