According to authorities, the man in question wore a wolf mask and planned to pull pranks on people on the last day of 2020 following which he was detained.
Pakistani journalist Omar R Quraishi took to Twitter to share the incident, donning the mask, can be seen handcuffed along with the cops in the frame, posing for the photograph.

The bizarre incident took social media by storm and went viral. Many netizens "lauded" him albeit sarcastically for being "responsible" for at least wearing a mask in times of coronavirus.
