Everyone likes potato-based delicacies - from children to elders. In the monsoon season, one can quickly make potato nuggets as a snack and pair them with piping-hot tea. One can make potato nuggets in a healthy way too. Here's a simple way to make potato nuggets. Let's dive right into it. 


Potato Nuggets Recipe


1. To make potato nuggets, take 1.5 cups of boiled potatoes. Peel and mash them well.
2. Add half a cup of grated cheese, 2 tablespoons of cornflour, half a cup of breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon crushed red chili, and salt as per taste. Mix all these things well.  
3. Cover this mixture and keep it aside. Refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes.
4. After 30 minutes, divide this mixture into 4 parts. 
5. Next, apply flour on a flat surface, roll the potatoes with your hands. The rolls should be approximately 350 mm in length.
6. Using a knife, cut these rolls equally into 15 parts. 
7. For deep frying, heat oil in a deep non-stick pan and fry the potato nuggets till they turn golden from all sides.
8. After frying the potato nuggets, take them out on tissue paper and serve hot potato nuggets with tomato ketchup and tea.
