Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has given a glimpse into his daily schedule, which includes an 8 am wake-up, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) training, and bonding with his three daughters over Taylor Swift songs. In a recent Facebook Live Q&A, the 39-year-old billionaire, currently ranked as the world's 6th richest person by Forbes, shared details about his morning ritual, beginning with checking Facebook, Messenger, and WhatsApp on his phone.

"Waking up and checking Facebook is the first thing I do. It's somewhat disheartening. I have poor eyesight, so before putting in my contacts, I browse Facebook to catch up on the world," remarked Zuckerberg, acknowledging the less-than-ideal nature of this routine, as reported by SkyNews.

Describing the habit as "not good," he expressed the need to reset himself after absorbing the news. Speaking on the Joe Rogan podcast, Zuckerberg likened the experience to being punched in the stomach, emphasizing the importance of regaining composure for productivity and stress management.

Reports from June revealed that Zuckerberg has replaced running with jiu-jitsu and MMA sessions three to four times a week. Coupled with strength and conditioning work, he claims to consume 4,000 calories daily to sustain the rigorous training, though details of his specific meals remain undisclosed.

Zuckerberg's approach to decision-making involves wearing the same outfit daily, a practice he adopted to conserve mental energy for more critical choices. Despite his high-profile role, he spends approximately 50-60 hours per week in the office, dedicating his entire life to thinking and working on Meta, according to a 2015 CNN interview.

Evenings are reserved for quality time with his three daughters, as revealed by his wife, Priscilla Chan. The family engages in nightly activities such as reading or coding together, with Zuckerberg reportedly learning every lyric of Taylor Swift songs. Chan also mentioned that before bedtime, Zuckerberg sings a Jewish prayer to their children.

Prioritising a healthy sleep routine, Zuckerberg ensures he heads to bed early, securing a recommended 8 hours of sleep, a habit tracked with an Oura ring, as disclosed to an outlet.
