Home Remedies To Control Diabetes: Diabetes is a disease that can be controlled, but it cannot be eradicated from the root. 1. Fenugreek - Fenugreek seeds are considered very beneficial in diabetes. This helps in controlling the blood sugar. Soak a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds overnight in a glass of water and drink this water with seeds on an empty stomach in the morning. Don't eat anything for half an hour after having fenugreek water. 


2. Berries Seeds - Berries seeds are used in a variety of treatments in Ayurveda. In diabetes too, eating berries and using its seeds as powders helps in sugar control. Take this powder in the morning with lukewarm water on an empty stomach. 



3. Fig leaves - Chewing fig leaves or boiling them in water keeps blood sugar control. Fig leaves have anti-diabetic properties, which lowers blood sugar levels. 


4. Olive oil - Olive oil has many benefits. This helps in controlling cholesterol, keeping the heart healthy and lowering the level of triglycerides. Olive oil also helps in controlling blood sugar . 



5. Cinnamon - Cinnamon is used in spices. Its intake keeps diabetes control. Cinnamon has anti-diabetic properties. Consuming half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder daily keeps the blood sugar level low. 


6. Garlic - Garlic is considered very beneficial in Ayurveda. Using garlic helps in lowering cholesterol and controlling diabetes. Soak 2-3 cloves of garlic in water overnight and chew them on an empty stomach in the morning. 



7. Grape seeds - Grape seeds are also used to control high blood sugar. Make the fine powder of grape seeds and use it. It contains elements like vitamin E, flavonoids, and linoleic acid. Which are effective in treating diabetes. 


8. Amla - Amla rich in vitamin C is also beneficial for diabetics. Amla has hypoglycemic properties. The blood sugar level starts decreasing in 30 minutes of eating amla. Use Amla powder for this. 



9. Aloe Vera - Aloe vera is very much used in Ayurveda. Aloe vera is not only beneficial for hair and skin but also helps in controlling diabetes. Drinking aloe vera juice can control blood sugar. Aloe vera contains elements such as hydrophilic fiber, glucomaanan, and phytosterols that control blood sugar. 


10. Neem - Neem leaves are considered to be very beneficial in diabetes. Eating neem leaves or drinking neem juice helps in controlling diabetes. Neem has anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-diabetic properties that help control diabetes.
