-5 raw bananas
-2 tomatoes
-4 green chillies finely chopped
-Ginger
-2 tbsp peanuts
-2 tbsp besan
-1 tsp turmeric
-1 tsp coriander powder
-1 tsp red chilli powder


-2 green chillies
-1 tsp kasuri methi


-1/2 tsp garam masala
-Salt to taste


Process (Banana) of making koftas with raw bananas-


For raw banana kofta, first wash and dry the raw bananas. Then cut out the top and bottom parts of the bananas. Now cut the bananas into pieces. Add 1 cup of water to those pieces and boil in a cooker. Pressure cook for 1 whistle. Then open the lid of the cooker and remove the bananas and cool them.


Then remove the peels of the bananas. Then mash the peeled bananas well and add salt, red chili, ginger paste, chopped green chilies, garam masala, and chopped coriander to taste. Then make small balls and fry all the balls in a pan. Fry the balls until golden brown, and keep them on the plate. Then prepare the kofta gravy. Make a paste of peanuts, tomatoes, ginger, and green chilies. Add 2 teaspoons of oil to the pan and let it heat. Add cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander, dry fenugreek, and fry. Add the paste made earlier and fry. Add a cup of water and add coriander leaves. After the gravy comes to a boil, add the fried banana balls to it.
