She added soups and salads are 'good for people who want to lose fat or weight quickly.' She suggests "Make healthy and thick soups such as mushroom soup, broccoli soup or mixed vegetable soup."


If you want to make healthy soups to lose weight, avoid sugar, honey, corn, or butter because they contain too many calories." However, lemon juice and a little salt can be added to add flavor to your salad. She further added, "You can also fry your salad and add a little cheese, TOFU for nutrition,".

According to expert Dr. Siddharth Bhargava, it may be difficult to manage the right food, but making your food 100 percent healthier is even more difficult.
