Ranging from mango shakes to mango mocktails, these drinks are the epitome of happiness with the rising degrees.


Listed below are some irresistible mango drink recipes to help you indulge in the sweet pleasures of mango refreshments.                                              


1. Skinny Aamras Colada (By Chef Banshidhar Parida, Istaka – Bar, Bites & Bowls)


Ingredients:



  • Cardamom Powder- 1/2 tsp

  • Mango Juice- 60 ml

  • Coconut Milk- 30 ml

  • Vanilla Ice Cream- 1 scoop

  • Honey- 20 ml

  • Coconut Syrup- 10 ml

  • Curd- 120 ml

  • Cream- 30 ml


Method:



  • Take all the ingredients and mix everything together in a blender.

  • Garnish with mango or pineapple slices, according to availability.

2. King Mango Shake (By Chef Piyush Kankaria, The Yellow Straw)


Ingredients:



  • 1 medium Mango diced

  • Milk- 100 ml

  • Mango Ice Cream- 1 scoop

  • Sugar to taste

  • Ice Cubes- 3-4


Method:



  • Add all the ingredients, put everything together in a blender, and mix until ready.

  • Serve chilled.


3. Tangy Margarita (By Chef Gresham Fernandes, Salt Water Café)


Ingredients:



  • Camino tequila- 60ml

  • Raw mango juice- 30ml

  • Mango puree- 20ml

  • Lime juice- 15ml

  • Sugar- 5ml


Method:



  • Rim the glasses with salt.

  • Add the ingredients into the shaker and blend it with ice or serve on the rocks.

4. Mango Mojito (By Chef Hem Chandra Chowdhury, Cafe Buddy’s Espresso)


Ingredients: 



  • Lemon- 1pc

  • Fresh Mango- Half a mango, cut into cubes

  • Mint leaves- 6-8pcs

  • Ice cubes- 3pcs

  • Mango Pulp- 45ml

  • Soda- 100ml 

  • Sprite- 150ml


Method:



  • Cut the lemon into 8 pieces, add mint leaves and mango cubes.

  • Muddle these ingredients together and then add in ice cubes.

  • Add 45 ml of mango pulp and stir it well.

  • Top it up with soda and Sprite, garnish with mint leaves and serve.

5. Frozen Mango Kiwi Slushie (By Nityanand Paul, Mixologist, Restaurant LMNO_Q)


Ingredients:



  • Mango puree- 30 ml

  • Mango juice- 30 ml

  • Kiwi Puree- 30 ml

  • Lime juice- 20 ml

  • Fresh Kiwi

  • Fresh Mango

  • Ice

  • Mint leaves


Method:



  • Blend mango puree, mango juice, fresh pieces of mango and lime juice along with ice.

  • Take a Margarita glass, and transfer this blend to a half portion of the glass.

  • Then in a separate blender add kiwi syrup, mint, and lime juice and blend it with ice, add it in the other half of the glass making a perfect half and half separation.

  • Garnish with kiwi and mint leaves.
