At the time of Congress protest against 'injustice' to Karnataka at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on Wednesday, the BJP leaders staged a protest against CM Siddaramaiah-led Congress government in Karnataka near Gandhi Statue in Vidhana Soudha and Parliament in Delhi.
According to ANI, BJP leaders and workers staged a protest near Gandhi Statue in Vidhana Soudha in Bengaluru against CM Siddaramaiah-led Congress government in Karnataka.
On Karnataka Congress protest against Centre in Delhi, BJP MP Lehar Singh alleged that the Congress is mired in corruption and mismanagement citing internal disputes as the reason for their presence. He said, "Congress is involved in corruption and is not running the administration properly, they have come here because of internal disputes, DK Shivakumar wanted to become the Chief Minister but could not do so. Due to internal conflict, they have come here against Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi as he could not become the Chief Minister."
Union minister & BJP leader Giriraj Singh said, "Karnataka's Congress government is a govt of liars. Rahul Gandhi takes out Bharat Jodo Yatra, while, Congress is doing Bharat Todo Yatra."
Congress Protest In Jantar Mantar
The ruling Karnataka Congress led by CM Siddaramaiah started to stage a protest against the alleged "injustice" to the state in the allocation of tax devolution and grants-in-aid for the past few years in Jantar Mantar, New Delhi on Wednesday. The protest by Congress MLAs and MPs of the state started at 11 AM on Wednesday.
