New Delhi: During his two-day visit to Karnataka starting Monday (June 20), PM Modi will lay foundation stone and inaugurate two national highway, railway projects. The PM is also scheduled to attend a Yoga Day event on Tuesday (June 21) at Mysuru's Suttur Mutt, said CM Basavaraj Bommai.
PM Modi will also lay the foundation for a research hospital comprising 850 beds, which will be set up by IT firm Mindtree and the Centre has received funding Rs 450 crore by IT giant Infosys Co-founder Kris Gopalakrishnan and his family, said Bommai, according to a Deccan Herald report.

"Preparations are in full swing for the two-day visit on June 20 and 21. We have made all the preparations to make it a grand success," CM Bommai said, as quoted by news agency ANI.
"A huge gathering is expected for the Prime Minister's programs. So all the arrangements are being made to ensure that all the programmes turn out to be a grand success," he added. The CM also mentioned that the participants who turn up for the programmes in indoor halls should get tested again for Covid to get an entry.
