The matter was brought in light by Jaitley’s counsel Manik Dogra who informed the court about CM’s delayed statement on the same

Arvind Kejriwal’s lawyer Rishikesh Kumar claimed his defense by pointing out technical hindrances raised twice by High court’s registrar responsible for the delays.
