Rahul hints at becoming PM candidate for 2019 General Elections

The complaint, addressed to the state's Director General Neelamani N. Raju, requested the state police chief to ground the aircraft at Hubballi and investigate its malfunction.

He further added that If Congress forms the Government; he would work towards improvising the judicial system of the country.
