New Delhi: The Indian Navy’s INS Kabra, a fast attack craft, is currently docked in the Colombo Port, Sri Lanka, in an effort to further strengthen navy-to-navy ties between both the neighbours and keeping in mind New Delhi’s vision of SAGAR (Security and Growth for All in the Region) that seeks to embolden the security of Indian Ocean countries.
