India Mulling Average Applied Tariffs Reduction In Trade Pact With U.S.

Earlier this week, New Delhi and Washington began negotiations for a Bilateral Trade Agreement (BTA) that was decided during Modi’s visit to the U.S. last month.
U.S.-India Trade and Tariff: New Delhi has decided that it will reduce its average applied tariffs “significantly” on goods imported from the United States amid concerns over President Donald Trump’s rhetoric on India imposing high tariffs on American products, sources told ABP Live.
