Delhi, Manila Exchanging Views, Drawing Lessons On Territorial Disputes With China, Says Philippines Envoy

New Delhi: India and the Philippines are exchanging views and also drawing lessons from each other even as both countries continue to face a bitter border dispute concerning territorial sovereignty with China as the common adversary, Josel F. Ignacio, Ambassador of the Philippines to India, said Monday.
