Uric Acid is a chemical found in the blood, formed by the breakdown of a substance called purine in the body. Increased Uric Acid levels in the body can lead to various health issues. Therefore, it is very important to control Uric Acid levels in your body, as uncontrolled levels of Uric Acid can lead to Gout. Gout generally affects the legs. Joint and foot pains are symptoms of Gout. Small crystals beginning to accumulate in the joints and are unable to exit through urine are signs of major problems. The best way to reduce uric acid levels is to have a balanced diet. 


Natural remedies to lower Uric Acid levels


1. Juice from Bathua leaves: Extract the juice from the leaves of Bathua plant and consume it on an empty stomach. Do not consume anything for two hours after drinking this concoction. You would be able to feel the difference after a week of consuming this.  


2. Olive Oil: Usage of Olive Oil while cooking is recommended. It contains a good amount of Vitamin E and other important nutrients which are helpful in controlling Uric Acid in the body.  


3. Apple Cider Vinegar: Mix two drops of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink it twice a day. Consume it continuously for two weeks to see visible improvements.  


4. Raw Papaya: Cut raw papaya in small pieces and boil it in two liters of water for five minutes. You then have to boil this mixture and allow it to cool down. Consume this mixture two to three times a day.  


Diet: In order to control Uric Acid levels, you should eat green vegetables, fruits, eggs, coffee, green tea, whole grains, brown rice, jaw, nuts and avoid consuming yogurt, meat, fish, soy milk, dal rice at night. 


Amla: Prepare a mixture of amla juice with aloe vera and consume it, but not before taking advice from a doctor.
