The new trailer for Mortal Kombat 1 is out and it has given us a glimpse of the much-awaited character. Homelander from The Boys is here in the scene and we got to hear his voice for the first time ever in the game. Earlier there were a lot of controversies regarding who will be the voice for Homelander, Antony Starr who's playing the character earlier confirmed that he won't be the voice behind the character in the game.
According to reports, Starr was ready to be the voice of the character but for some unknown reasons, the deal was not sealed. At the moment, it is not sure about whose voice are we hearing in the game.
Ever since the original Mortal Kombat characters who were offered in Mortal Kombat 1's first Kombat Pack were revealed, the response had not been that exciting. However, third-party fighters like Peacemaker and Omni-Man have been a big hit. Both were great but one that stood out the most was Homelander from The Boys. While the trailer mainly features Homelander’s pre-fight animations and Fatalities, actual gameplay footage remains undisclosed. However, fans can get a glimpse of Homelander’s intimidating presence and Ferra’s fierce demeanour. Mortal Kombat 1 continues to evolve with each new addition, promising fans an electrifying experience across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
