New Delhi: Silly Royale, a ‘made-in-India’ social mobile game from SuperGaming, is now rolling out a new mode to players. Following three seasons of Squid Game-inspired content, Silly Royale appears to be going back to its roots, bringing back its signature Devil mascot following “fan feedback.” Apart from that, SuperGaming on Wednesday announced that Silly Royale has now garnered over 18 million players across all mobile platforms. Furthermore, the developers also added that players have clocked in over 251 million voice minutes in Silly Royale’s chat feature since it was introduced just six months ago.

For those unaware, Silly Royale is a real-time online social game where 4-12 users can engage together in different activities, including modes such as Hide & Seek, Murder Mystery, and Jail Break. Silly Royale may remind you of Among Us, with its engagingly fun gameplay and cartoonish characters, art, and maps. Silly Royale also supports voice chat and emoticons, which make online interactions easier and more fun.

In its new Devil’s Playground mode, players will get to play the age-old classic, ‘Floor is Lava.’ Here, players will have to scoot around the map as music plays in the background — much like those musical chair or musical pillow games from our childhood. When the music stops, each player will get to choose a particular zone on the map. Out of the selected zones, one will be picked randomly by the game and converted into a ‘lava floor.’ Needless to say, the unlucky player stuck in that zone will be eliminated. The last player standing wins. This is one of the many games that will be available in Devil’s Playground mode.

Apart from the Devil’s Playground, the latest Silly Royale update also brings fresh UI elements, more streamlined menus, and more improvements to its voice chat feature. Players will also get new daily missions, completion of which will unlock rewards.
