PUBG, or PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, is one of the most popular games worldwide. It revolutionised online multiplayer gaming by introducing new gameplay mechanics that are accessible to players of all skill levels and offer high replayability. The free-to-play game is credited with popularising the battle royale genre, inspiring numerous unofficial Chinese clones following its success. Building on this success, the company released a mobile version called PUBG Mobile. However, since PUBG Mobile is not well-supported on lower-end Android devices, the company developed PUBG Mobile Lite.

PUBG Mobile Lite is a streamlined version of PUBG Mobile, optimised for lower-end Android devices. It requires less storage space and features a faster-paced Arena Mode that lasts around ten minutes. While this version of the game isn't as popular as it once was, there are still plenty of players to join for some battle royale fun.
