Hogwarts Legacy: Gameplay

Hogwarts Legacy will let you play as a newly enrolled fifth-year student at the school. You can create your character just the way you want. You will be sorted into one of the four houses, which you sadly have no control over, and you will embark on an adventure where you can do classes, learn and unlock new spells, fly around a massive Hogwarts and surroundings map on a broom or a Hippogriff or a Thestral, and try to quell a goblin rebellion led by Ranrok.

The story is set in the 1890s, so don't expect to run into Harry, Hermione, or Ron. But there will be plenty of fun characters to interact with and befriend.

In terms of combat, you can choose from four types or classes of spells as you continue learning more along the way, which you can switch between as and when needed, including the likes of Wingardium Leviosa and Incendio. You will also get the option of learning Dark Magic curses as the story progresses.
