New Delhi: Vidyut Jammwal’s latest film 'Khuda Haafiz: Chapter II – Agni Pariksha' was released on 8th July and is currently screening in theatres. The actor, who was busy promoting his film, would be now reportedly flying to London to join his fiancée Nandita Mehtani.
According to a report in ETimes, the couple is planning to exchange wedding vows in London or there are chances that they have already tied the knot and the whole affair has been kept a secret. It is to be noted that even their engagement was a hush-hush affair and nobody knew of it until the two announced it on social media.
The couple may reportedly make the news of their wedding public in the next 15 days.
Vidyut Jammwal and Nandita Mehtani made their relationship official last year through an Instagram post and soon after that, Vidyut announced their engagement on Instagram by posting two pictures with Nandita. He wrote, “Did it the COMMANDO way. 01/09/21.”
Nandita Mehtani was previously married to businessman Sanjay Kapur.
Meanwhile, Vidyut’s latest outing 'Khuda Haafiz: Chapter II – Agni Pariksha' had a slow start at the box office but picked momentum from Sunday onwards. The film, which opened to mixed reviews, had earned ₹ 6.15 cr over the weekend.
Directed by Faruk Kabir, the film also stars Shivaleeka Oberoi, Sheeba Chaddha, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Rajesh Tailang.
Vidyut will be next seen in a biopic titled 'Sher Singh Raana’. The movie is based on the life of Sher Singh Rana, who was convicted for the assassination of Phoolan Devi. The movie will focus on his life and claims of bringing back the remains of Prithviraj Chauhan, ruler of the Chauhan Dynasty, from Kandahar, Afghanistan.
