New Delhi: Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan has tested positive for COVID-19, the second time. The actor took to his social media handle on Tuesday late night, to inform everyone about the same.
Taking to his official Twitter handle, Big B shared, "T 4388 - I have just tested CoViD + positive .. all those that have been in my vicinity and around me, please get yourself checked and tested also"

This is not the first time that the veteran actor has tested positive for the novel coronavirus. Amitabh Bachchan had earlier tested positive for COVID-19 in July 2020, following which he was admitted in Mumbai's Nanavati Hospital.
Despite vaccinations and booster dose, a person is still susceptible to the coronavirus and should follow proper guidelines to stay safe. The cases of Covid-19 are once again on the rise with several people getting affected, everyday. The government has made masks mandatory for the safety of people.
On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan is back with the new season of his quiz reality show 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' as the show host. He also has a couple of interesting projects that will mark his presence on the silver screen.
The actor will be seen in a key role in Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer 'Brahmastra', slated to hit theatres on September 9. The Ayan Mukerji directorial is produced by Karan Johar and is a sci-fi drama.
He will also be seen in 'Goodbye' that marks the Bollywood debut of actress Rashmika Mandanna. Along with this, he also has Sooraj Barjatya's 'Uunchai' in his kitty.
