New Delhi: Popular TV actress Navina Bole, who is fondly known for playing the role of Tia in Surbhi Chandna and Nakuul Mehta starrer ‘Ishqbaaaz’, has tested positive for COVID-19. The actress took to social media to inform her fans that she has contracted the virus. She shared throwback pictures on her official Instagram handle along with a note for her followers.

Navina mentioned that she has tested positive for COVID-19 and is currently in isolation. She asked her fans to pray for her speedy recovering.

"Feeling sexy is a woman's birthright! And being comfortable in her skin is a bloody fundamental! Also did I mention I am #covid_19 positive and have been in isolation recovering. P.s - these pics were clicked before I was diagnosed with the dreaded #coronovirus2020 #staysafestayhome ," the caption for the post read.



Mansi Srivastava, Sara Arfeen Khan, Rati Pandey and Sunayana Fozdar dropped comments on the post.

"You are a strong woman I know...wishing you a speedy recovery," Rati wrote.

Navina, who has featured in several shows, entered Sony SAB's 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah' after the lockdown.



Mohit Kumar, who plays the role of Shravan in ‘Ek Duje Ke Vaaste 2’ opposite Kannika Kapur, has also tested positive for the virus. According to Saas Bahu Aur Saazish, the TV heartthrob is observing mandatory quarantine after getting diagnosed with COVID-19.



Several TV celebs including Parth Samthaan, Shrenu Parikh, Rajesh Kumar have successfully recovered from COVID-19.

Bollywood actor Aftab Shivdasani, who tested positive earlier this month, has tested negative in his second test. The ‘Poison 2’ actor shared a post on social media to give an update about his health. He said, "Hi everyone, I am very happy and relieved to be sharing with all of you that I did my COVID test again and by the grace of God, the reports came negative."
