Swami and Priyanka were both not evicted but thrown out of the BB 10 house and no other housemate grew as close to either one of them as much as they did to each other. Priyanka Jagga's controversial brother who had been in news for his unsavory statements against show makers and Superstar Salman Khan has also been associated with Swami Om.
Self-proclaimed Godman Swami ji was recently in news when he sought bail in a molestation case that was filed by a woman who accused him and his associate of molesting and threatening her. He filed an anticipatory bail plea in a Delhi court last week and was granted interim protection from arrest till March 14, the next date of hearing.
As per the FIR lodged at IP Estate police station, the woman was allegedly wrongfully restrained by Swami Om and Anand when she was going home and they started abusing her and committed objectionable acts. When the complainant requested them to leave her, they dragged her into their room and attempted to rape her, the FIR said. They also threatened that they will not spare her and that they had already ruined her husband's life, it said.

Special Judge Hemani Malhotra, who was hearing the anticipatory bail plea of Swami Om, directed the Delhi Police not to arrest him till the next date of hearing. Claiming innocence, Swami Om told the court that he had gone to the office of a senior police officer at Daryaganj here on the day incident is said to have taken place. The court also asked police to submit the video footage of CCTV installed in the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Daryaganj, to find the truth behind Swami Om's claim.
Swami Om was in Delhi for the same this weekend and he spent two days with no one else but Priyanka Jagga and her brother.
The Jagga bro-sis duo had declared an open war agains BB 10 when she was ousted from the show by Salman and Sameer had even joined hands with him in his plan to sabotage the Grand Finale of the show[PICS: Priyanka Jagga’s brother Sameer JOINS Swami Om to SABOTAGE Grand Finale!].
Swami was spotted at the pre Holi bash and then the next day celebrating the festival with Priyanka's family at City 75 Club & Terrace restaurant of Delhi. The man has spent time with their family at multiple occasions earlier too.
